1. The service

Food2Well provides a personalised AI-powered chef service via WhatsApp, operated by Del Norte Tapas & Trading Ltd. Chef Martin Goldman delivers weekly meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and food guidance tailored to your family.

2. Subscription and payment

• 15-day free trial — no charge until trial ends
• Monthly plan: £12/month
• Annual plan: £120/year (equivalent to £10/month)
• Payment processed securely by Stripe
• Cancel anytime — no questions asked
• No refunds for partial months, except where required by law

3. AI disclaimer

Chef Martin is powered by artificial intelligence. While designed to provide accurate, helpful food guidance based on 30 years of culinary expertise, AI systems can occasionally make errors.

Important: Food2Well's guidance is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. If you have serious health conditions, allergies, or medical dietary requirements, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Food2Well accepts no liability for health outcomes resulting from following Martin's suggestions.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about allergies and dietary requirements
• Use the service for personal family use only
• Not share your account with other families
• Treat the service with respect — Martin is here to help

5. Acceptable use

Food2Well is a family food service. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse the service, or to attempt to circumvent any security measures.

6. Intellectual property

The Food2Well brand, Chef Martin persona, meal plans and recipes generated for you are for your personal family use. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our written consent. Your monthly cookbook PDF is yours to keep forever.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. No refunds are issued for brief service interruptions.

8. Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing info@food2well.com or through your Stripe billing portal. Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing or these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
