Food2Well is a personal chef subscription service operated by Del Norte Tapas & Trading Ltd. Chef Martin Goldman provides personalised meal planning, recipes and food guidance via WhatsApp.

2. What data we collect

When you use Food2Well, we collect:

• Your name and family members' names
• Your email address and WhatsApp number
• Food preferences, allergies, dietary requirements and health goals
• WhatsApp conversation history with Chef Martin
• Photos you share with Martin (fridge scans, food photos, etc.)
• Location (city/country) for seasonal food guidance
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide personalised meal plans and recipes via WhatsApp
• Generate your weekly shopping list and monthly cookbook
• Improve Martin's recommendations over time
• Send service communications (subscription updates, billing)
• Generate visual images of dishes using AI (fal.ai)

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your data for advertising.

4. AI and automated processing

Food2Well uses artificial intelligence to power Chef Martin's responses. Your conversations are processed by:

• Anthropic Claude API — for Martin's conversational responses
• fal.ai — for generating visual dish sketches
• Google Sheets — for secure family profile storage

AI responses are generated automatically. While Martin is designed to provide accurate, helpful food guidance, AI can occasionally make errors. Always use your own judgement regarding dietary advice, especially for medical conditions or severe allergies.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure. Conversation history is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission.

6. WhatsApp and messaging

Messages are delivered via WhatsApp Business API. By using Food2Well, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from Chef Martin. Standard WhatsApp data practices apply — please see WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of all your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email info@food2well.com. We will respond within 48 hours.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

9. Children's data

Food2Well is a family service. We collect names and dietary information for children as part of the family profile, with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without explicit parental consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email. Continued use of Food2Well constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
